It is, because i didnt mention any DLC editing which i find useless and most of the users of fileforums wont comprehend how to do it.

Hmm, I went ahead and deleted all foreign languages in DLC but size is still 5DVDs.

I did, still around 1GB oversized, trying lzma2/ultra64 compression now.

I have to remove all the MP DLCs to achieve 4DVDs

You need to remove the foreign languages from the base content too, not just DLCs.

Same key as in the guide, meaning: _FRA/_ITA/_DEU.afc/pcc in CookedPCConsole.
