EDIT:Works perfectly on win7 sp1/ 64bit.

Just open Setup.cab with Winrar and drag your file (Music.mp3) to Setup.cab and replace in main folder and Setup folder.

You also have to replace Setup.exe and Setup.dll in WRC3_v1.0 or don't work. ;)

Ah, now i understand. Not have Setup.cab because i did integration (Setup.cab + Setup.ini), they are inserted into Setup.exe and Setup.dll
So, no need Setup.cab

So can u plz tell me what to do now how can i change music, soo many user asking u how to change the music & u replied the same as as joe foster said, hope u understand the problem & give me some favourable answer cause i have a limited time for doing such stuffs

I upload now in mediafire: My Setup.cab + Setup.ini and Setup.exe + Setup.dll without integration.
So, replace your Music.mp3 in Setup.cab: Main folder and Setup folder;
And replace Setup.exe and Setup.dll
