I don't have Update.esm file in data folder.

How about the reg for the launcher to work:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Bethesda Softworks\Skyrim]

Thank you for this fantastic contribution but needs to be added to the registry

"Installed Path" = "INSTALLDIR"

That's what I said... The installer makes regs for uninstall, not the one "installed path".

here is working inno script for all. Tested on Windows XP and Win 7 32 bit.

1. Install game.
2. Modify inno script according to your installation path. Also modify inno script for pictures you want to use and .ico file etc.
3. Compile script.
4. There you go.

GODZYLLA and loveco2001 you really don't know what you're saying ;) This value is added automaticaly when running launcher first time and pressing install. Moreover during this 'installation' launcher creates ini files in '{userdocs}\My games\Skyrim'. When adding this reg value manually or even by Inno Setup you tell the launcher that Skyrim is already installed and it not creates ANY ini file. In this case, without ini files, you'll not be able to run the game.
If you stubbornly want to add it during installation, you must also have a copy of ini files on DVD and force setup to copy them to right place. In this case there will be the risk that your ini files (placed on DVD during conversion) will not match the PC where you installed Skyrim in feature.

well seems I missed "'{userdocs}\My games\Skyrim'. But if u start game with "TESV.exe" from installation folder once and then exit. "TESV.exe" automatically creates required .ini and other files at '{userdocs}\My games\Skyrim'.
