The cdvirus conversion like he explain in his first post, worked for me without any errors. When installer asking for second dvd I mounted QOS_DVD2 and is continue to the end of instalation. After that I copy cracked exe (JB_Launcher_s.exe) and game works without problems. I have a FR+EN version. Game tested in English language. I don't understand where you people are making mistake.

Quantum of Solace [Multi2/Multi3] (DVD9 to 2xDVD5) [install sequence 1-2]

1) Create TEMP folders (these will be VolumeLabels for DVD's)

QOS_DVD1 (DVD1)
QOS_DVD (DVD2)

2) Copy DVD to 'QOS_DVD1'

3) Edit MSI in 'QOS_DVD1' with Orca and do these changes to Media tablet

Quantum of Solace(TM).msi (Multi2 ENGLISH/FRENCH)Save changes.

Activision(R).msi (Multi3 GERMAN/ITALIAN/SPANISH)Save changes, but don't close Orca yet. There is extra step to make German install to work in multi3

1. Select "Apply Transform..." from "Transform" menu and apply 1031.mst
2. Change DiskPrompts in Media tablet to same as mentioned earlier.
3. Select "Generate Transform..." and save edited 1031.mst to new place
4. Replace 1031.mst with edited 1031.mst

4) DELETE these files/folders from 'QOS_DVD1'

FOLDERFILES5) Copy DVD to 'QOS_DVD' folder

6) DELETE these files/folders from 'QOS_DVD'

FOLDERSFILES7) Burn or make iso's with labels QOS_DVD1 and QOS_DVD

Install sequence: DVD1-DVD2

Tested on Vista, let me know if there is problems on XP with install sequence 1-2

NOTES:

DiskPrompt and VolumeLabel in msi must be same to prevent 'not regocnizing DVD2'
DiskPrompt and VolumeLabel for DVD2 must be QOS_DVD for this to work (install finish correctly instead asking installation disk at end)

tested with winxp (sp3). install sequence dvd1-dvd2. then install directx 9 from dvd2. then finish install. no errors.

Your conversion works on Vista32.

Prompt CAN'T be QOS_DVD2 if you followed my conversion, check what you have written in DiskPrompt and VolumeLabel in MSI

EDIT: I'll write here what i answered to you in PM about problem if install was messed and cancelled and autorun.exe after that only shows play and uninstall which isn't working because there is no game files and uninstall info

Fix this by installing game from original dvd and by running setup.exe instead autorun.exe, install game fully and do uninstall before trying conversion again
