Copy the .dat-file to your C&C3-folder in the subfolder "\RetailExe\1.2".
(simply there, where the original file is)

I'm having trouble, and I suspect it it s the No-DVD crack. I'm getting random crashes with the cnc3game.dat mentioned a bunch of times in the error message.

Try without the no-DVD patch and then you'll see if it's the no-DVD patch... Read the forum FAQ, too!

Can you specify your videocard? 'cause looks to me either driver related, either your videocard it's not supported by the game.

In General: If there is a new version, but no crack. or the newest version does not run properly with the crack:
You can rename the newer .SkuDef - Files in the C&C - Folder to roll the game back to an older version

@borisborkem: i also think he problem could be the videocard. maybe try to reinstall DirectX and the latest video-driver

NoDVD Crack V1.3 ??? No ?

What about reading the forum rules. It says there that no crack requests before two month since release...
The answer is there is no crack for v1.3 and next time let two month pass until you make a crack request. Also I suggest to read the rules. They are educational...

lol ! No request NoDVD. Who said that I request the NoDVD ? I have already No-DVD 1.3. I found just that odd that it is not there.
