Can't seem to find it. And when you try to download the old fix it just takes you to the link again.

Seems to be running fine here maciozo, game works without having to set compatability mode, load/save works too!

The game as we all know is buggy lots of CTD's all over the place even with the latest Patches. Even after cleaning up the xml files with xml notepad 2007.

I cant ask Fraxis for obvious reasons is this error related to the crack??

Sup K-Class, set your Railroads! exe to Windows 2000 compatibility mode & you should be fine. You can also use VAMPYRES' crack but remember that it'll crash on loading Great Britain scenario + can crash at random places (this is configuration dependant). Also, if you're on AMD dual core processor, be sure to use the latest Dual Core Optimizer.
If you'll still get crashed then it's the fault of the game or your PC and thus I cannot help you. Anyhow, good luck :)

Its a touchy game and needs a another patch from Fraxis. :) :)

First I would like to congratulate you, maciozo for making this crack but would also like to inform you of something weird that happens while playing the game. I successfully install the official 1.10 patch and crack the game with this file, run the game for the first time and it plays fine until I restart it, when I go to play exactly the same game as I left from when it was working fine, all of my trains seem to stay at their destination. On the information for a train it says that it is moving at 4 mph and on it's way to the destination that it is currently stopped at. Nothing moves and I am unable to play the game. Railroads also still seems to stay in the active proccesses although in your readme file it says that you had fixed that.

Not sure why this happens, but I have tried many different cracks and patches but none of them seem to fix this issue. What do you suggest?

Does the same happen without a cracked exe ?

I am not sure whether it does or not. Do you think it could be the game itself and not the cracks?

I downloaded a different crack and applied it in place of maciozo's one and it worked fine for the first boot and does not seem to work at all after that.
