Anyone of you techie guys know how to make a proper Mini Image?

hmm on the official site they tell how to make an image, but they only say "select reading speed" and nothing else about that. They dont say (if readingspeed selection isnt available then do that or that) thats the problem :/.

hmm, well I managed to come across a thai version of the bf2142 disc. when I receive it, I will see what I can do as far as making a mini-image.
