Ugh, I don't care for it at all. The backgrounds are bland, there's no real physics modeling whatsoever, the races are very short and boring for the most part, the drifiting mechanic is taken to moronic extremes, and all the cars handle basically the same. Game seems pretty buggy as well.

I think Sega knew this game was crap and that's why they priced it so cheap.

And a shitty one at that.

He still doesnt get it.

Arcade racers are not designed to feel like the real thing, its supposed to be fun like the original Outrun, fast paced fun.

It doesn't feel like anything, and it's no fun.

I've played almost every arcade racer in the last 15 years, and this one wouldn't get quarter-one if I had tried it previously. I would rather play the old, original Outrun than this abortion of a game anymore.

My tired eyes would rather play this one than the 4bit original. Looks beautiful, and retains that "video game world" look to it.

Anyone know if there is a way to do custom car paints?

A gorgeous game, really :)
It's so relaxing and totally differs from all the games that involve brain activity... :P
And it's really worth the few quid, 45€ would actually have been a bit too much, if you ask me, nothing special, nothing really new, ...
