okey i tried to do what you told..

changed security to "SF > 3.5" is that the only thing in my INI that is wrong? no other changes?

and then tried to change SfnAta to 1 or SfnCh2 to 1 but that didnt help.

it tells me in red that I should disconnect cable in red.. and I have done it..
when pressing Launch I get an Error window,

it says: Line 0 (File "D:\GGL\GLobal Game Launcher.exe"):
Run($Sfn)
Error: Unable to execute the external program
Cant find the source or searchway



what to do...

That error means that it can't launch sfn. From what i can see; you installed ggl on your d:\ but in your ini-file, the path to sfn is c:\.....
so move d:\ggl to c:\ggl or change path to sfn in ini-file

btw: i noticed that key Image of section Alcohol should be D:\Documents and Settings\TimmY\Skrivbord\gt\itw-gtl.mdf

had the same problem. reading through what your doing in the ini really helps... :)
got it to start everything including the game but i still have the problem that sf gives me a hard time. it scans for 3/4 minutes and then says wrong cdkey eventhough the key is good... Ive posted in a sumalr thread but noone was able to help yet... :(

only got one more problem.. same as holden..

that is what happends when u copy the game to... u gotta have the orginal cd in your drive for it to work...

its starts to load.. reading disc.. reading disc... then error, u have the wrong disc or cd key..

I mean I have the original Disc that I bought but I want this to work :)

System Error .1 Not correct function
 

I have an AMD64 CPU and used the sfcure01.sys provided in sfcure03_x64.zip from itwins.

When starting sfcure the following error occurs: "System Error 1 No correct function" :eek:

itwins writes in ther txt-file to do the following:
Edit boot.ini file that you can find in C: root.
Change

/NoExecute=OptIn /FastDetect
to
/Execute=OptIn /FastDetect

Reboot your PC and relaunch !start.bat

I suggest that you try to launch the game manually. once that works, you can use ggl but if you can't get it to launch manually, ggl can't launch either....

1. start sfcure (make sure it's says something like service started and not the systemerror 1); I did NOT include sfcure for amd64 so if you have an amd64 computer; replace the included sfcure with the one for amd64 (uninstall the previous one, install the amd64 version and reboot. Perhaps change boot.ini (see post Bazille)

2. start sfn; disable node, disable cd, on some pc's you need to disable ata and/or ch2 depending on the configuration. (master/slave on primary or secondary channel)

3. Mount your image (self-created or not but its pretty weird that you choose the same name as ITW did :D)
I don't know if it matters but in alcohol enable rmps emulation!

4. Press play.

==> if this doesn't work for you, ggl won't work either. As i said before; it just automates mouseclicks in windows so there is no 'magic' in ggl. All the 'magic' is in sfcure, sfn, alcohol....sr7stop

==> If the sf-protection program said something about insert disc in cd-device; you got a problem with sfn.
If it says something like wrong serial; you got a problem with sfcure or perhaps you just got the wrong serial (search the web, there are only a few (2 or 3) serial per game and you can change it by pressing shift while launching (...or trying to...) the game)

==> I must report something; a friend of mine played scct using sfcure and sfn and he play without any problems for about a week. But then suddenly sf-protection refused to launch the game (wrong serial). i tried everything i could (remove sf, reinstall sf, update sf, uninstall/reinstall scct) but sf keeps ****ing it up. This is for all his sf-games (crc, bos,gtlegends,...)
if any of you guys had the same problem but fixed it, let me know how.

I tried to to this with the game GTR... and it worked without any problems so I guess its just GT legends thats strange?

Thx for your program Jannick,but it will be great if you include the tages protection in your tool.For exemple,for Fahreinheit,you need to launch Tetris,mount a TDf file,mount the mini image and launch the game.

well that cant be hard. I have a special script for launching fahrenheit but it only works on fahrenheit not tages... (cool game btw)
I finally found a workaround for autoplay function in windows. I just need to implement it. So GGL v1.01 will be comming soon

tages is the protection of fahrenheit, not a game !

its all working perfectly except when i open the game it says samething like

"ERROR - insert the GT legends disc into another drive then press retry" :confused:

i´ve hiden the drives manually with Sr7Stop but it still runs the same error....

do you know how can i resolve this problem?
