so should i just move the white things clockwise back to where i started, since they have to be the same ?
yeah. Then redo the process above, but just be careful to only move the same equal distance on both cogs :)
thats what i tried doing, but it just went crazy one time lol
You're gonna have to describe to us better exactly what it did when it went 'crazy'...
lol no, it's more like i just went crazy and slipped and turned one of them like 10 times
i don't thiink this is working... whut does that little screw closer to the actual laser do ? could that be my problem ?
That's Azimuth. It adjusts the angle which the laser sits at to the disc. If you mess with it and get it wrong, it may read absolutely nothing, and it can be a pain to get right again...
well, i think my dad messed with that because he is dumb. so do you think that he messed that up, and that is the reason that when i'm turning the white things, it's not changing my results ?
sounds to me that its all gone a bit pete tong at yours :(
too many hands spoil the broth n all that !!! |
so your saying there is nothing i can do ?
Save yourself alot of headaches and send it to Spedmetal to be fixed.
i'm ****in broke dude. can someone tell me how to get my laser adjusted at the right angle ?
You can check out http://www.cyber-mag.com/station/laser.html. Hopfully it will help.
see, if i knew what the factory settings were, it would help. but my dad ****ed with it. so now both the white things, and the screw by the laser are off.
