Well, no sooner has Patch v1.01 been sorted, Patch v1.02 has been released!

And the good news is you can still use the original v1.0 crack from MONEY and the DVD check is still at the same address in the m4_thor_rd.dll file :)

Hi I'm a dutch girl and I have installed Myst IV. But I need a no dvd patch, alright I download it but now I don't know what to do......
Could somone please help me out to installed it? I need very clear instructions to do it because my Englisch is very bad. :confused: :confused:

I took it as she had downloaded the NoDVD crack! and now wanted to know what to do with the crack. We obviously posted at the same time! I was about to do some fishing with her. ;)

So how does it work?

I downloaded the patches and now? A patient instruction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

:D copy disc 2 to hd, delete all languages (2 directories) except the one of your choice. this reduces the 6+gig to about 4.3 gig, so burn it back with same lable. now drag disc one to hd and replace the original myst4.exe and the dll with the fixed ones. burn back to dvd with original lable. do a full install (7+ gig), then put your discs away. start and play the game!

'same lable' means give the DVD a lable like the original had? :confused:

Do I uninstall the original game before installing my version? :confused:
