Most if not all remove speed limitation. This one does. Just run the file and it should install.

ok! i ran the flashing app, and now it's region code free. says driveinfo22 anyway... :) and DVD Decrypter seems to be a little bit faster to (4.7x now)... :)

why is the ripping speed changing all the time? now its 5.3x, and it started at 2.7x ...

Because transfer rate at the end of disk is higher than beginning of disk
if you rip it with 16X dvdrom, it will reach to 12x-13x
