solder to the chip legs then u not need to touch the vias

it's not to bad if you tine the wires first and have some experiance soldering.
the key is soldering experiance.
i've been soldering small circuits for awhile now and i have to say the ps2 vias are very small.
if ya have no prior soldering do not attempt!
