|
oh... maybe thats why... i have a NTSC xbox.. i live in the usa actually, i just got back from maryland
:D |
it depends what drive you have in your xbox my bro had a thompson (the tray has an arch shape when you open it) it Doesn't play any cdr my daughter has a philips (the tray has a key hole shape) it plays most cdr i put in and i have a samsung (the tray has two holes one either side of the shape) it plays all the cdr i put in
anyway iv'e read threads about this on here and even rms2001 has said this |
yah, region has nothing to do with it. It depends on your dvd-drive. I have a crappy thompson and xbmp plays vcd's only off of cd-rw's and dvd media.
Just so you all know, the actual vcd .dat file is basically a renamed mpeg. So, if you copied it to xbmp and just change the file extension, it will play. This is for those that can't read cd-rs. Of coarse in order to get it on your xbox though, you'd have to send it through a pc connection. |
ya i knewe that about the vcd.dat and everything. i have a crappy
thompson (thx for ur descriptions) |
