No, there's only an Audio subdir on cd 2. Plus some files in the root that are used for safedisc 2. That's all. Just download the nocd patch here (The Wizard of Doom), copy it to your GTAIII directory, and run it to patch the executable. As long as you've updated to v1.1 and copied the audio directory, it WILL work.

Just to let everyone know that i followed the same steps applied the no cd and then copied all files from the cd to the GTA3 folder and it worked great no problems. THANK GOD FOR FOURMS

Firstly u will copy the "audio" folder form CD2 to your GTAIII directory..
after that u will patch v1.1 and then u will crack it.
