I don't have a link to download. The only thing I see is:

Exactly , copy the text and paste into the browser, i got both files, merged with winrar 3, still wont work. Help!

This FixedExe/NoCD works fine for me! Also everyone else who got it had no problem...

It works for the US Madden 2003 v1.0 so check your version since you may have a UK or International release...
