Cdrwin will burn coasters if a crack is used to unlock it, (Pay for the software). You also may need to update the ASPI drivers for it to work correctly, Also, Most of the games mentioned will require patching if you are using a neo 2.2 chip on a v5 console or better.

download a trial version of cdrwin and try that
if it works apply the crack c if it still works
it could well b the crack causing coaster

there r some good cracks there r some bad ones
as said above the only safe way is to buy the software

extream 14-09-2002 20:22

i think i may have solved the problem guys

i was using CDRWin 4.0a cracked

i switched to CDRWin 3.9a cracked which was wut i was using before and so far i have got one game to work

can anyone tell me y this is

bighap 14-09-2002 22:23

I use a cracked 3.9A and it works great. 4.0A hasn't even been released by Golden Hawk so it is a fake.

charlie_ps2 15-09-2002 10:26

Warlock has got it right.

Pay for the software - it's an essential tool. Some things have to be paid for.

extream 15-09-2002 10:37

Thank u too all the guys that helped me out ....this is a great forum .... thanks again guys everything works great now

TylerDurden 15-09-2002 11:05

Pay for the software???? Are you kidding? To hell with that. I never pay for my software. I either crack it myself or I use a crack supplied from a very good supplier of mine.

I myself cracked CDRWin 3.9A and my version works great.

bighap On a side note. Yes Goldenhawk did release a version 4A of CDRWin. I remember downloading it from the site myself. It was a beta version though.

It was released sometime after v3.6 or v3.7 I cant remember the exact specifics.

CDRWin V4 was not a fake!

Tyler!

psx_paul 15-09-2002 13:33

bighap 15-09-2002 14:25

extream 15-09-2002 15:07

TheMasterRat 16-09-2002 00:32

Go here : http://www.megagames.com/ps2/ps2_patches.shtml

If it's not on the list, it either doesn't need one, or nobody's made one yet. ( odds are it doesn't need one )

Tyler!

You know I respect you!

But there are two utilities that I always say should be paid for if you are going to do CD work; they are CDRWin and CloneCD because those companies invest in stumping cracked serials.

I just don't have the time to cope with the consequences of a beaten crack. Some things have to be 100% reliable.

TylerDurden 16-09-2002 06:47

I understand where you are coming from, I guess. But I have both of these programs and they are working in FULL. I burn a lot of games and I have never had a problem with them.

I know that if you use programs like KAZAA to find your cracks you will most likely get a bum deal. But I have my own personal resources.

I agree, A small price to pay for 100% reliable software. Most people are not as resourceful as you Tyler, most will type in the first unproven serial they find, burn a few coasters then come to the forum and ask why there game wont boot.
