Hey guys,i have similar problem,i downloaded a version of TFT after my disc got a huge scratch on it and i refuse to pay a 2nd time a game just becuase my disc got bust up,i used my serial during install and then using some no cd crack thingy was hopeing i could get it installed and working on bnet,anyone any ideas?

Ok... I OWN the Warcraft 3 Reign of Chaos AND the Frozen Throne disks... I installed both and got the same "Storm.dll" error... now the issue becomes: Why? I unmounted all of my virtual drives and just ran it by physical... got nothing... I tried emulating it... nothing... i reinstalled/uninstalled/imploded and still got nothing ><

What do I do? Blizzard doesnt let you download the Storm.dll anymore... so do i just scrap it?

EDIT: I also updated it through manually downloading and installing patches... didnt work... T-T

Uninstall and delete the folders. Then install both and apply the latest FT patch and if it still doesn't work, contact Blizzard support.

Its funny, I have both WC3 and FT and installed, updated to latest version a crack is available for and it ran fine. No mention of storm.dll being missing at all.

Man that stupid storm.dll problem have years on the net and never ends. Used to be fixable downlading that dll file from some dll websites but then Blizzard started ordering those sites remove it for copyright infrigment. Similar what they did with GCW ordering removing all no cd craks from their games

GUYS I FOUND HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM IS VERY SIMPLE ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS THIS

1). GO TO YOUR START MENU ---> ALL PROGRAMS -->WARCRAFT III -->TECHNICAL SUPPORT WEB SITE (CLICK ON THAT)
2). ON THE WEB SITE SELECT WARCFRAT III regin of chaos
3). ON THE PAGE THAT JUST OPENED GO UNDER Technical support - Hot Issues AND CLICK # 3 (Frozen Throne Full patches)
4). THEN YOU INSTALL IT RUN IT AND AFTER IS ALL DONE THE GAME SHOULD START AUTOMATICALLY :p:p

PS : REMEMBER ONE THING U HAVE TO HAVE Frozen Throne GAME TO BE ABEL TO INSTALL THIS PATCHE..........

HAVE FUN PLAYING THE GAM IF OTHER ERRORS COME UP LET ME NOW AND I'LL TRY TO HELP U GUYS :p:p:p
