Because the game is not fully updated, because you say only 2 maps are updated and read the readme.txt and you'll see that more should be updated.

Check the readme for bug fixes and when in game you'll see that those bugs are still present.

Well, I guess your power of understanding is still not that powerful. Only the files bfore the heroes4.exe is not updated (it can be manually updated, however, using the method i described). The file after heroes4.exe is of course updated because there are no popup "old file not found after it skips heroes4.exe. If you look at your "data" folder there will be a updates.h4r that is used to update the campaign. 1.0 does not have updates.h4r.
