Thatīs not true!!! The Philips can copy SecuROM, īcause it can write DAO-PQ - SecuROM uses SubQ channel therefore the Philips 804 can copy SecuROM perfectly! The only thing you need is a cd-rom which can read subchannel data, īcause the Philips writer canīt do that.

Thx for help! And yes, Iīm new with SafeDisc v2, Iīm not new in this forum but changed few times mine login name because forum is upgraded to new software or I have lost myīn log nfoīs.

btw, any good mods yet for MP?

I have copied Max Payne with a Plextor 8/20 SCSI-Burner and CloneCD 3.0.4.2.

hi, iīve got a problem.
i received a copy of max payne from a friend. he used NERO 5.0 for the copy. when i install max payne of the original cd and then insert the copy to play, everything works fine. but if i want to install of the copy, an error message appears, FATAL ERROR

Hmm...well I didn't know that since I don't have any Securom titles, but like I said, the Philips can't read or write FULL subchannel information, only partial. So personally, I'd still use my Sony 160 if I were to ever come across any Securom titles.
