First DVD wrong? FirstVolumeSize is too big. Lower it by a couple megabytes, like maybe 4400 instead of 4410.

Not only the first one, but others as well.

It depends on the file system I use. I cannot use ISO/Joliet, only UDF. It's a matter a kilobytes.
4 hours gone :D.

Nobody reported this issue!!!
As WaltonSimons said just open UltraARC.ini and edit DVD split size to whatever you want!
Don't understand what ISO/Joliet and UDF have to do with the issue you encountered!!!

I have no idea but with the sizes you left in .ini there's no problem with ISO/Joliet. But I cannot write past 4 gb in ISO if I backup files on dvd, so I have to use UDF and depending on version, I need more kb (it's a matter of 100-150 kb, probably it's the disc finalization).
I'm using dvd+r, not dvd-r, though.

If 4475 is too big, decrease it by the size that is currently too much and there you go.

GrafSchmidt 30-07-2016 13:34

Done it already, works fine.

Threshold parameter is compression then ?

WaltonSimons 30-07-2016 13:36

I don't think so. I don't know what it is but it's not about compression ratio.

Ok now, do I need to raise threshold to lower the size to fit into dvd5, or just I need to set 4370 as volume size?
Which would not be a problem since 8th dvd is 2 gigas, so I have a lot of space.

No first volume size ( equals Setup.exe / ico Autorun.inf & IF told any commonredists will give total size of first dvd. ( usually same as custom size 4475 ) on my conversions I use 4480 & have NO issues burning 4.38 to dvd5
BUT others do so reduce the Custom size to 4470 ( that leaves more then enough room so YOU can burn it ) The Threshold could be as high as 30, the ONLY time that number will ever be 100 if the output fits all on 1 dvd5.

Like a 3.5GB game, with no redists
First volume = your max size 4470 - ( size all setup files )
Custom volume = 4470
Threshold = 100

easy enough..:)

what to do to setup the game automatically create this folder.
this setup creates a folder with the following name
assassins creed syndicate.

GTX590 02-02-2017 06:30

the dreadful crimes is a DLC.
Game folder name should not be the same!!
It should be:
