The picture shows the EXTERNAL compressions, means the installer gets name and position of an already compressed file. the Meth... states wich compressionmethod was used. for example 7ZIP, FreeArc or RAR.

the slices per disc= how many files are on one disk?
slice size= how big is one of this slices ?
on a 4,7 gb DVD you can use 3 slices with 1500mb, then this DVD is full (still 200 mb free, but just be safe). always stay under 2gb per slice. i remember innosetup having problem with over 2gb files.

some questions for you:
what is a primary and secondary folder? used for internal compression? you and razor should fuse your projects, since he has a nice grid for more than two internal folders to compress.

Icons are the pictures of shortcuts, i think shortcut is a better name for it.

i really like the interface window. resolution as giving too, very nice.

the dropdown for changing the external compression method is a pain in the ass.
i have to switch "freearc" to "rar", to be able to fill in the next line with "Freearc". razor has this fiddly thing too.
i really dont know a better way to do it, but it sucks.

only three redist lines are too few. i read the thread and know the installer is to small. in far future maybe you can change this.

i dont know what this textbox @components does. i simply write in the lines i create. maybe give the lines numbers too (1,2,3...)
btw why can we have unlimited components and only three redist :P
and ask razor about removing lines from the grid, he fixxed the bug where you can only remove the last line.

i really would like a save function.


PS: Interface-> Title Image has a wrong resolution. program says "249x79", but it need "649x79". else it stretches the image to an ugly thing

You see in last Picture (Post #256), theres a Button called 'Disk' you have to define:
Data 1,2 = Disk 1
Data 3= Disk 2

delete the space between your filenames.
call them Data_1.bin and not Data 1.bin

just never have a space in your filename.

did anyone got the Disk feature working? if not i is bugged and may search in the wrong place, instead of the new CD. wait for y_theknight then.
