srep+lolz on everything.

Some unity asset bundles (inside StreamingAssets folder) can be compressed using XTool with unity engine plugin. Not all can be, so do check this first.

If there's any Wwise Audio (.wem /.bnk) or fmod banks (.bank) then use rz - I recommend MTX with RZ thanks to BLACKFIRE69. You won't get much compression out of these banks.

Obviously on bigger Unity games like Kerbal Space Program there's a lot more assets which can be compressed in different ways, but srep+lolz is the easiest method for Unity Games.

KaktoR 16-07-2020 00:46

Well there are tools for banks and wems.

Educate me please, I know OGGRE_WWISE.EXE exists, but I've not managed to get it working.

KaktoR 16-07-2020 05:22

Example: VGMToolbox. I think you just need some plugins for it to handle bank's, wem's and fsb's. Never worked with it for years now, and never got 100% into it, just because I really don't care :p

Edit: Maybe this helps you out a bit more. https://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?t=15904
