Empire at Wars with Pr0t.St0p!
I found a way to run the game without CureRom!
Try to use Pr0t.St0p! v1.0! Hide the virtual Roms! Then if you start the game it will be a message: "Original disc could not be found or authenticated." Dont worry, just try to start it again, and again! I can start it for 3-4 times! Good luck! |

Why yes I do. Why do you ask? All my problems seem to be fixed after some late night tinkering. So the game works without the disc and my computer seems normal. :) System specs: WinXP Pro SP2 AMD 64 3000+ 939 @ 2.9Ghz DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D 1GB OCZ PC 3700 Gold EB XFX GeForce 7800 GTX 520/1.4Ghz 36 GB Western Digital Raptor 120 GB Western Digital 8MB Lite-On 8X Dual Layer DVDRW 832S |

Errormessage ???
I don't get an errormessage like "original cd not found" or " emulationsoftware detected". I get "A required security module can not be activated".
I'm not sure is this a standard errormessage means "You little a**hole put in your legally bought cd of EAW" or is there another prob with the installation or sth. Now it's important for me to know if can I solve the prob with the solutions posted in this thread or.....what else I have to do THX |
awesome :) thanks mate :)

:) Use cureRom 1.3.1 and deamontools 4.03.
:) I work good for the dvd version. |

Eh?? You should read the whole thread and what I was talking about, I was talking about windows performance issues while after using SecuRom_Loader.. |
meh. I'd link to a torrent here, but all the trackers I use are either on warez sites, or would reject this as being warez itself.
