WPI is fully compatible with UA

Not really, Razor stated that WPI is made to work with Compressor, not UA and he will not offer support for UA for now.

I'm Facing A Not Responding Issue. Here Are Some Screenshots

and I Used Freearc and Created Setup.bin

On the first screen I see an error in the log windows (bottom), it may be intentionnal btw (manually stopped compilation). Also, I suggest you to use Compressor 2.2 to create bin files since it's officially supported with this script.

You may also encounter problems with windows 8.x/10 since some already reported, try to launch Inno and Compressor with windows 7 compatibility setting.

No! Still No Luck Getting That Error

You can try something else to check if the problem come from bin files or from the script :
Use 7-Zip to create a small archive saved as bin file and generate a new setup for it (don't forget to change archive type from Freearc to 7zip).

Also try to launch the setup.exe with admin rights, Windows UAC/Smartscreen can be very annoying with this type of files.

Everything Work Fine Now! I Figured out how to set it

now another problem arose

Progress Bar is not working correctly

it work like it is stuck at 0% and the game finished installing

what is this bug or im doing something wrong

Maybe archive type error, if your archive is made with another program (freearc) then you must set Freearc as archive type instead of 7-Zip

Did you read at the beginning of the script.
It says "Save script before compiling to update the changes since this is used as ini".
Did you do that?
