Is it compulsary that its a shear matter of laziness that somebody wants to use jpeg instead of a png

uh, not really, you can use jpeg but there is no advantage in jpeg than in png in terms of alpha(transparent) images.

i really dont know how and where to start language but already finished the component page ;)

i dont know what are you going to do with that but if it is english or russian language selector then others only compress both language in separate arc file add in separate component to extract it..

Still like this kind of components as it is more convenient

Will be Great to have the select destination bar to be directly editable.
And have all the error messages and confirm exit box to be themed as the installer.
And also if the installation is not successful because of an error or some thing in the title bar the installer says the installation was successful
