cuz all my OS/system/game/driver files are new & clean ^.^

Search for ddraw.dll and copy it to your gamedir.

Same results.

However given the nature of this task an how long it's taking I'd think some more people would contribute..
of course I'm sure their just happy faping to their extensive pron collection =)

I've been watching this thread with significant amusement but this is getting a bit too much...

Uhm, why exactly? To be told "no, it doesn't help" within minutes and "oh, well, last time I didn't actually try what you wrote but I did now and, hell, it works!" a week and half a dozen insisting replies later? I would've thought that people give up and let you continue with your quest alone.

Let me translate what you said into plain English: "I am struggling like hell, don't you see, and fuck everyone who is just sitting around, watching this thread but not helping me." With this attitude of yours, I'm amazed to see that some people are still trying to help you.

... or doing something useful, unlike trying to help you. With all the resources wasted in this thread, one could've rewritten half of the game, perhaps, even made it work on a PowerPC Macintosh under MacOS.

Copy the files from the archive (last one i have uploaded) to the dir C:\Windows\System32

Maybe the game reads the files from here.

Seems I may or may have not mentioned that when the game begins the narrator says how you
shouldn't walk into the light which naturally causes you to start over, however.. it is broken here
an nothing happens (this has been the case since the first no cd worked of yours cow).

I copied over those files you said, but nothing has changed as the result of that.
