Not sure which 'Silent Hill' link you are referring too? We do have a Silent Hill conversion at cd-2-dvd.com and I may have linked back to that conversion somewhere on Fileforums?
The reason you would receive a '403 forbidden page...' error is because you have to be a member and logged in to see conversions listed on cd-2-dvd.com.
