For the most part you always want to get the newest version of any type of software. If 1.1 was a "perfect" version they wouldn't have come out with 1.2 now would they? Stick to the newer stuff whenever you can.

I dunno, 1.1 is okay right now, as about like 5% of my games need it... but then maybe it supports new features, i dunno... I dont wanna use another CDR just for a newer version of stuff with features that i dont need...
