Create New Button like Win 10 Button

hello everyone..
i wan't to make new project installer. but, i confuse because the button is difficult to modify. maybe the button like this picture:
It's possible if we make like it guys? please reply i need your help.. Thanks

You have to make a 4 in one state button which you will use with botva2 for this operation and you must be good at using graphic software like gimp for example if you are not good then you have to visit deviantart and download a kit with these buttons.
