Instructions:

1.-- Install Game, update to latest version + No-DVD.
2.-- Download the Conversion and extract to HD, (not in game folder)
2a.- Move _CommonRedist to Conversion output folder. (Last DVD)

8:28:38 - ISO Images Will NOT Be Created After Conversion is Finished
8:28:42 - You Have Choosed DVD5 Size
8:28:45 - Starting Archive Creation
11:36:36 - Archive Creation Complete
11:36:41 - Original Size: 14.180g
11:36:41 - Compressed Size: 5.422g
11:36:42 - Conversion is Finished

But when try to install i get stuck in here

what compress method did you use

i use the srep lzma and it worked

seems liek they changed the sructure and the binaries are in different place

<root>\ProjectNimbusCompleteEdition.exe (for Complete)

i don't know what you mean can you show me Picture from installdir
pictures say's more than 1000 words :)

i only find this on Steam database (https://steamdb.info/app/257030/config/)
