When i try compiling this there is an error...

removing the line "fixes" the error but after starting the exe and pressing extract i get this (it somehow tries to open two processes)

Is there a way to fix it?

Replace the line with
WizardForm.Caption:='UltraARC - ' + ExpandConstant('{cm:Message7}');

Also the second error i was getting was my own fault and fixed it :D
