1)- Install the Game and updates.
2)- Download Attachment and extract on your HDD.
3)- Move _CommonRedist folder from game's installed directory to (last DVD)
4)- Run UltraARC.exe then Choose Game Folder And Start.
5)- Make iso files with the same name of folders.
6)- Test the iso files before you burn.

my conversion result with pZLib+Serp+Lzma is 3DVDs and the last DVD is 700mb
game original size is 24.1GB
installation time from HDD is 2 Hours

I want to use another method that is fast to install. which one of these new methods is best for this game?

by the way, this setup didn't create shortcut for me.

You can use ReflateAPI instead (Precomp ver 0.38) but i doubt its faster then pzlib (and don't use ReflateAPI on big files).

You can use srep+lzma2 (lzma2 is faster but in most cases not so good as lzma).

I try a different method and install the game again.
maybe the shortcut problem is just happened for me.
by the way, this is how my exe files are located

{App}\SWSanada.exe
