TMNT 2 Battle Nexus Game Error

So When i Launch The Game
it appears as a black screen :(
i wait few seconds and it tells me

Why?
And is There a Way To Fix It?
i've Been Playing This Game Couple Weeks Ago
And Today i Launch it And i Get This Error
Please Help How Do i Fix it? :confused:

This happens with someone of my games but when i alt enter to windowed they still just stay black screen
