You have little hope the speed of repack of a next-generation game will take a very long time.

I know but I don't care of speed. Just I want to compress and that's enough.

Why not ? , ofc u can , don't lose the hope . the Only thing u need is to configure all tools to suit ur cpu & ram like the tools that uses multi-threads & Ram (xz \ nanozip \ pzlib .. etc) then u go , however you should have a good experience before pushing your pc to its limits.

Supercharge and mod a car engine utilitarian, can never match a Ferrari, update your system at least with an i5 or equivalent amd, add at least another 4gb of ram, and buy a SSD, you'll notice the difference not only in the world of compression, but in everything.;)

I cannot upgrade my pc for next two years, so I have to do everything with this pc. However, can you give me some compression methods which can be handled by my cpu?

Yes you can do repacks on that configuration. But i would recommend internal compression type. You can use C.I. from Yener who supports internal compression.

What is the full form of C.I?

Having problem to design setup wizard using inno setup. Any ideas?

go look in game index, for an old conversion that you choose location IE:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Gamename...

Then you can see how the setup folder has to be arranged, where the files need to be & their names according to the ISS script. Start slowly by replacing a few images for autorun, background, then set script to internal, & build EXE's
to see what ouput looks like, then move on from there. LOTS of info in the sticky topics in tutorial subforum, start reading them.

use wpi (http://fileforums.com/showpost.php?p=433799&postcount=1) razor no ciu (wpi is lightweight and easy)
use compression .arc or .7zip no (precompress ecc..) the difference is insignificant

in 2 years you will use all the compressions that are now on the high seas ;)

I am already using wpi for installer design, today I just compressed nfs mw 2005 to 1.21gb using reflate+srep+lzma, and then used wpi for installer. Then I tried rar compressor to a special modded gta v which was 36.5 gb and again used wpi on the installer. Best Installer design I have ever used.
