1. Install the game. Update game, apply NO-CD if necessary.

2. Download attachment, extract to HD, NOT in Gamefolder.

3. Move _CommonRedist folder from game install directory to last DVD in extracted folder.

4. Create a folder named Steam (Inside the _CommonRedist folder), move SteamSetup to that directory.

_CommonRedist\DirectX\Jun2010\DXSETUP.exe
_CommonRedist\vcredist\2010\vcredist_x86.exe
_CommonRedist\vcredist\2010\vcredist_x64.exe
_CommonRedist\vcredist\2012\vcredist_x86.exe
_CommonRedist\vcredist\2012\vcredist_x64.exe
_CommonRedist\vcredist\2015\vc_redist.x86.exe
_CommonRedist\vcredist\2015\vc_redist.x64.exe
_CommonRedist\Steam\SteamSetup.exe

4. Run UltraARC_mod, Browse/Select Your installed game, then choose output location.

I do not have the game to test the conversion, but I think it should work without problems. If you have the game try the conversion and tell us if it worked :D...
