1. Install the game. Update game, apply NO-CD if necessary.

2. Download attachment, extract to HD, NOT in Gamefolder.

3. Run UltraARC_mod, Browse/Select Your installed game, then choose output location.

Since there is no way to make it 1xDVD5 without using precomp, you can convert the game without any compresion method and still get it in 2xDVD5.
BTW, great installer music

Could be done in 1xDVD5.

Maybe i must adjust compression settings a bit.

Nice... BTW, I like the compression you get with your method using pZLib.

The only thing i don't like is that this way you must use the exact same files, if you wanna use it on an updated version or add DLCs or something you have to mod the fileslists to make it match and check you're not going too big or something. That's something i used to like from UltraArc... just point a directory and get the files compressed and splitted if necesary. but it's getting old now and new games says we have to move on... too bad Razor12911 lost the sources

Yep, but i'm making this only on full patched games anyway, even pzlib doesn't take that long as precomp :D

Even when the game got patched in the meantime, in most cases this compression should still work if the game gets not a patch that increase the size of the game by xxxMB (or adds an XXXMB large DLC).

PS: Could be 3,8GB to 4,00GB (without redists).

Okay, here is 1xDVD5 compression using pzlib+srep+lzma

Compression Time: 2 hours on Intel i5 (4 core)
DVD Size: 2,95GB (with _CommonRedist)

Only thing left, omdj must update Setup.exe with CIU v2.0.3.8 Pro by simorq
