How to get Percentage in Progress bar with a extraction of a Batch File (.bat)

Guys i've seen it in some r'packs that they include a method of decompressing data with a .bat file but the progress bar also shows and moves with the batch file and the batch file is not in window it is running in process so how can i have that?
