idiot newbie needs help!!!!! lol

hi all!!!!! i downloaded the utopia boot disc from here and i just have a few dumb questions. is there anything i need to download or use with discjuggler in order to burn the disc? also, what is the process for burning it? thanx to everyone who replies!!!!! :)
