Precomp 4.4 Source Code (New precomp is out on Github)

alright Here is the new treasure i got this morning

Precomp 4.4 is now opensource

you can find it on github or here i will link it down below :D


New cls-precomp must be written, or i think the author said something about stdin and stdout in either case its opensourced so progress will be sure to be done in either case scenario :)

I also have the its open source antagonist named antiz

precomp was considered abandoned , yesterday it found its way into github

antiz and precomp are both precompressors, just like precomp antiz doesnt support multithreading

i have made some progress so feel free to Test/Experiment

this is totally beta so i cant help a lot

hi @Panker, posted so it makes no sense, we would like to know something more of precomp4.4, what improvements compared to Precomp we already know, says @ChronoCross will have 64bit support for multithreading, will have compression threshold, greater than, less than or equal to precomp we know, we will have a greater compatibility extensions to compress files.:confused::)

Felice i only posted it because it is a step forward, i havent compiled it myself yet

not even had a look at it all day trying to help people with the update on masked compression

But it is made open source precomp 4.4 this means writing a cls-precomp.dll is easier
maybe come programmers in this community are interested in this since it hasnt been updated in like 4 years.

;)It inspires me, the family precomp is a great compressor, sin is obsolete, and with several bugs, hopes are now all on precomp4.4...:D

the fact that it became open is a very large plus in this concept :D

many eyes on the source means ..... better support better stability and many other like

better faster cls-precomp etc etc,

Razor :) cls-precomp.dll can be written in delphi despite precomp being written in c++

Nice :D Skymmer has a tedency to optimize before compilling although i got a crash on x64 format
