i guess it's from REV0s installer. Why you don't ask him?

Revo's has the Logo still in it, gatosky1620 wants the pic without the StarCraft Logo included.
I assume he wants to use the pic as the 'Small Installer'. ;)

Well it would be possible that REV0 still have some psd/whatever source files without the logo, as i have for all of my conversions ;)

edit: Search for "starcraft 2 hots installer". But it seems that there are no one without the logo
