This does not exist! for each file type has its own software! obshego software is not!

1. Ravoli Game Tools
2. quickBMS
3. HyperRipper
4. Avalanche Game Explorer
5. And other studio/engine specific tools.......

you can also use Rad tools and vgmtoolbox Scaleform usm packer to make lossy compression to games. Like bink videos recude bit rate etc
