Thanks to Yener for script, Razor12911 for modifications
Languages Supported (Installer) = en, fr, it, de, es, po, ru, tr
Number of DVD's all depends on how many Mods you have installed.
Choosing srep, exe, exe2, delta, lzma, with BASE game ( no Mods ) output
should be 1xDVD5.


1. Install the game. Update game to latest version, apply NO-CD if necessary.

2. Download attachment, extract to HD, NOT in Gamefolder.

3. Run UltraARC, Browse/Select Your installed game, then choose output location & Compression level.

4. Test the conversion.

5. Then burn folder contents to DVDs with same folder names.


DVD1 - 4.37GB
DVD2 - 4.37GB
DVD3 - 2.29GB
These Values are having 14 Mods Installed

wait pakrat can you tell me where can i get mod for black mesa ? since even with workshop the size of the game cant be that huge.

steam workshop is where to get mods. & Yes the game is that big ( my addons are only 650mb )

would used this if can get to just fit dvd5 but it 3 dvd so see get dvd9 single :(

would used this but already set for source and output volumes so cant use it :(

edit ultraarc.ini and remove source and output
and set cab to bin for win10

done this and installs in less than 20 mins, but on run it says a dynamic link library initialization routine failed, so any idea what it is

Nope 10.1gb game file just updated version

when you get the error message screen move mouse to that window then press ctrl-c
come back & edit your post, paste what you copied from that error message into the edited post.
