There is this site, but remember that the HEX numbers as posted beside the colors have to be reversed. IE AABBCC -> CCBBAA for it to work in CIU scripts from here.

ALSO below is a MS Office Docx that I cant remember who posted it
very handy if offline, colors work as posted.
