About cls-.dll functioning?????

Can anyone tell me what are the functioning of cls-.dll files in inno scripts or In the case of extracting a file??
and yes also about how do I get these files???

Look at any of the CIU version files those files are already present & integrated into the conversion making process.

They help freearc manage external compressors like precomp srep and etc, for callback and etc.
About getting them, well you make them, the ones cls-srep.dll, cls-precomp.dll, those are already made by someone.
