Twins Emulation Tool Released In Summer (TETRIS) "Installed but Stopped"

How do I get this Tetris (http://www.cdmediaworld.com/hardware/cdrom/cd_utils_8.shtml#TETRIS) program to work on Windows 7, 64. Is my Antivirus interfering, or is it just not compatible 100% with my OS? Any and all help would be appreciated.

consider that was written way back in 2005. probably not compatable, tried using compatability mode for XP ?

Well that is half of my problem. It needs some driver installed. So I can run the program, and it runs fine, but I have no idea how to even find the driver it installed let alone run it in some sort of compatibility mode.

I got the game working thorough an alternative crack, but if anyone has any idea for working with this one, still be worthwhile to post it, as I am sure there are games that do not have alternative cracks available.
