Help with creation flash for Resident HD

Hello my friends i need help to create the animation background from this page to add in my resident hd ciuv2 conversion

ive checked all files & there doesn't seem to be any swf files, associated with the page looking like lightning going off every so often..

anyone else chime in if they know better
