I've got a PAL Dreamcast and I'm wondering will ripped NTSC games (not original) work on my PAL Dreamcast?
For example this game: Skies.Of.Arcadia.Repack.USA.DC-RYUCPL

Yup, they will. If untampered with, they will run with borders. Once patched you have full screen as well. No MOD chip nonsense!
