Sir, I compressed FarCry 'FCData' folder with files with my attached pzlib version and trying to extract by copying pzlib file into resource folder, but still problem persist. I also did the same with arc.ini. I used compression method as,

pzlib+srep+rep+delta+lzma2:ultra:a1:mfbt4:d158m:fb 273:mc1000:lc8

If i use arc.ini with following settings then, file header error occurs. Please help me. I attached my pzlib.exe version file. By using this library file plz check this.

I am using only pzlib srep and xz for compression and I have included resource only for these method if you have any other compression method then you have to include the resources in the script and have to edit arc.ini.

I did everything like replaced my old wpi(pzlib compressed file extractor) script with your script and also replaced arc.ini settings file, pzlib file into resource folder. Finally tried to extract pzlib compressed file but, still the same problem. Plz bro u also try with uploaded script(WPI+Compressor). Thank you in advance.

I already downloaded bunti_o4u modified WPI Script. Previously i had problem with decompression of Pzlib library compressed data. Now this has been fixed with only, 32 bit version Pzlib along with cls-pzlib. So compression and decompression happens easily. But when compress the same data using 64 bit version of Pzlib along with cls-pzlib then with same files in resource folder of WPI decompression of data fails!!!. It shows the error that "Unknown Compression Method Pzlib"

Plz can any one fix decompression of Pzlib_x64 compressed data.

for looking up the hex value, you must swap the first 2 & last 2 to get correct value.
Usually RRGGBB but the code in script is BBGGRR.

i've checked it, yeah those issues are there, WinTB works only in the first form that got install, uninstall, exit, video trailer buttons.
and if you watch the video trailer the WinTB still works.
but it doesn't work in the installation Forms.
it's amazing and i like it a lot tho, hope you can add "Requirements tab using a button like "About Button" when you click it opens a form shows game requirements and whether ur pc can run or not.

WinTB is mini progress bar so it will display on in required pages and absolutely working fine, plus will remove it when displaying on the first run i.e on the lockscreen and the second pass.

and i guess it should work fine when you are installing the certain game repack you may have repacked.

Wintb doesn't work with windows 10 latest version...

Use Win7TaskBar12(True) in your script.. It shows the thumbnail preview when installer is maximized.. If installer is minimized it won't show thumbnail preview..

Bro your uploaded wpi supports only avi files perfectly. If i repalce avi format video with mp4 format then only video plays and no audio is coming.

hi bunti_o4u, i have a question about the installer you made. how do i change the lockscreen title and the game name that is displayed at the top from 'FAR CRY NEW DAWN' to the name of my game? also, how do i change the pink button colors and text? i looked in the bevel1create but didnt see any way to change it. please post back. thanks :)

I think TinyTools was not support with WPI latest IsDone. Use UltraARC or Mini Compressor

Change the color code i.e. 01 to 34 (I think) if you think the color you want is not in all these 34 color you are free to use any color by giving color code as 00 and give CustColor code for your color and it should be in BBGGRR format..

Color codes are in hex and you can convert your RGB color code to hex color code on google..

Thanks for the reply, I found where i was making mistake and it works:) the preview looks awesome. But now the setup doesn't read compressed data.bin it installs with no extracted files in the destination folder, create blank desktop shortcut and finishes installation.

Yes no error pop ups. everythis is correct but it doesnt extract data.bin file. Then i checked it with WPI Wizard it worked. but this script and the script modified by Gupta also did not worked.

for them, depends upon the game data, compress/re-pack the games

create an installer for them with the same files embedded mostly...

creating an installer is really easy as compared to compressing/re-packing the game

you just the need the same file and same configuration mostly to unpack the files which you have compressed already :)

Mr have you edited the data or archive section...at the beginning..
The file you want to extract put it's name into data.bin in the .iss script.. in here "Archive1Source={src}\data.bin"

Any one help me out. I'm having trouble while unpacking big files with srep...
My steps are Cls-srep.dll ( with cls-srep.exe 86 and 64 variant)....
It's with srep cause while unpacking big files installer starts perfectly and after a while maybe reaching about 13% , cls-srep_64.exe stops and few moments after that setup.exe also stops .
Please help me out... my win defender is off and no antivirus...

the .iss in your new WPI installer to change the font type and size of the text and steps eg 'install', 'directory' 'confirm' etc and also if i am using a game repack that doesnt use the 'extra' features in it like the ones listed in the default far cry new dawn installer, or only uses english language, is there a way to remove the additional components from the installer menu and remove all the unused languages? i tried to do that but it wont let me select/deselect any of the languages in the preview they are just greyed out, and no matter which game i use the menu always has the far cry 'additional components' and 'select language' which is useless because i cant even select them :<

can you tell me or show me in a picture the correct settings to change for:

1.changing the menu's font size
2.changing the menu's color
3.changing the menu's font type
4.removing the 'additional components' and 'select language' from the installer menu? i know this is a lot to ask bro and its a great installer just need some help. im confused about using the 'custcolor' codes because i can never get them right.. even googling them it confuses me. :(

Mrs kitsune... if you want help about disabling language than please try to find "language=1" at the very first of the script... Just below "component=1" then put 0 to disable language... and to change menu colour I mean do you want to add your custom colour in the installer?...

BBGGRR way I mean you've searched a colour in the net and found that it's colour code is #0F3AGF.. in this case consider (with out #) 0F as RR (cause they are basically in RRGGBB format) , then 3A as GG , GF as BB...

If your trying to put the colour code in the script then put it in BBGGRR format (not RRGGBB).To do this put GF as BB , 3A as GG , 0F as RR (just after # or $ in the custcolor option ,I hope you know it)

So it will be look like #GF3A0F in BBGGRR format ...
Hope you find it useful. Also if you try to Mess with the alphabets than you will mess the colour up

Purpose? Well, i guess i just want to make repacks. My project is to make repacks of games that dont have one yet or kinda-obscure games. I have made some basic “repacks” with Inno Setup before with Innos best possible compression which is lzma2/ultra 64, which doesn’t exactly give the best compression results, I want a little more compression then that but not insanely amounts of compression.

I am trying to switch from Inno to actually using tools and other stuff here, but I am just very confused by it all, theres not a lot of guides here that are rather "in-depth" i should say. I am not asking guides that are like a full book, but it seems a lot of stuff here is basically "here takes these files have fun figuring them out lol"

I create repacks from the games I buy from pirated game dvd sellers. I just repack them to store them in less DVD5s. I create many installers from Installer Creator 3.2. but I never found a wonderful installer like this.

What did you just say ? NO CREDITS ? Do you even know one thing ?? All of CorePack's installer comes with "Razor12911" watermark in them. And Razor12911 is a VIP on their forum, don't say that Razor12911 wasn't credited. Other peoples don't credit Razor12911 for his amazing work, they just use his stuffs. But CorePack do write Razor12911 name on their installers as watermark, check below :-

First of all, he's not a repacker of CorePack so don't divert everything directly to CorePack, "ShivShubh" is the main repacker there, And yes its full of Zee's installer, just installer, but not the repacks they have made. I really respect Zee and his work, he has done many unique work here.

I just don't know how without even checking you people started to say that CorePack never credited Zee. I am ShivShubh's friend. Before starting CorePack team, ShivShubh even told Zee that he's not like others who steal work and so he will put his name on CorePack's installer and so he did. Zee and ShivShubh are friends, you can just ask Zee about it.
