3. Delete all unwanted language files from game folders
4. Start Compress.bat, enter the path of your folder containing all three games, wait for it to compile
5. Make ISO files or put all Data cabs in the first folder and test before burning

I did it with the GOG versions. I always forget to mention that :D As for other versions, the list of game files should be checked, but I highly doubt there's some changes.

I've just installed it (again), both shortcuts appear just fine. What's your installation path and OS?

Win 7 D:\program files\

The shortcut won't appear for only one reason (at least that was the case when I would screw something) and that's where's no exe file in the installation path. Check if there is Risen.exe in your Risen 2\system folder. I've installed couple of times, each time in the different folder and it worked fine.
